If you want to treat yourself and your friends or family to an enjoyable evening, go to Holy Smoke. The staff are very approachable, friendly and also go above and beyond for the customers. Let the food speak for itself - believe me - I've tried it once or twice ;) My favourites have to be the wet rubbed ribs, the bbq chicken, the donut burger and the magnificent Juice Lucy burger! Special sides are the bone marrow mash and the creamed spinach. Top notch! Divine!The atmosphere is calm,collected and chilled. The decor makes the place special. Get there and enjoy the bbq realness! Well done to all the staff! Keep up the good work!
I would highly recommend the Holy Smoke if you are looking for some really tasty food in Cork city. Both John and his staff were first class and ensured we thoroughly enjoyed the entire dining experience. To my delight, the menu was very Coeliac friendly with practically the whole menu offering delicious Gluten free options to tempt the taste buds. Thanks again to John and all the wonderful staff. We will definitely be paying another visit to the Holy Smoke on our next visit to Cork.
A hidden gem in Cork. Excellent food. Was there with the family this week. Got the Jucy Lucy burger which was unreal with sweet potato fries. Very large portions. Had the snickers cake after and it was by far one of the best deserts I've ever had. Nearly hard to be carted off to the hospital afterwards from eating too much. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended eatery for those looking for seriously tasty food and a very reasonable price.
Actually still sitting in restaurant writing this I cannot recommend this place enough i had the donut burger and to put it simply it was perfection. Lovely atmosphere, great service and fantastic food I will be back.
