The best cup of tea in the town, I will definitely buy an enamel teapot when this fabulous weather cools off. Food fantastic. Only down side was someone else joined us for lunch when we had already eaten and I had to go back up and queue again to get another sandwich and some deserts. 3 times I was at the till with Claire, embarrassing and could be avoided with some floor service.
Great place to meet up for a quick coffee or to eat. Great food, great service, great location and always a warm welcome. Even if they're busy they'll do their best to fit you in as soon as they can. The wait is worth it.

Mince pies are amazing�!!! As are the gluten free chocolate brownies!!! Amazing salads and bagels!!! Lovely staff too!!! Never fails!! Defo something for everyone �

I believe I have written a review once before for Chapter one...however, getting ready to take another trip to Cavan and looking forward to having a wonderful breakfast daily at Chapter One. Excellent service, personable, out going and funny staff. See you all soon.

Lovely friendly staff who looked after my son’s order so carefully as he has a nut allergy. Food was amazing and we loved the kooky and snug decor- we will be back again and again and again Mx
