I have to say, we had a great evening at your restaurant. We were greeted by the friendliest of staff as soon as we entered. The food was nothing short of amazing. We were so full after the tapas but we just had to go for the desserts. Again, absolutely amazing! Even during the meal we were complimenting the decor, which is really really nice! When paying we got talking to more staff and once again they were some of the friendliest staff I have come across in a restaurant. And the food was a really great price for the quality and quantity that we got. This is definitely a place I would come back to and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again for a great night!
Have been dying to try this place for ages. Randomly was passing by and went in around 10pm .met at the door by a lovely girl who found us a table for 2 straight away even tho the place was jam packed !!
Food cocktails wine coffee deserts were just amazing. But the best for us was the friendliness of the staff and the warm atmosphere it's very hard to find that anywhere these days .... well done .thank you for a lovely evening...

Carlow has a hidden gem and this is Mimosa. Incredible restaurant with amazing atmosphere, food and staff. Incredible friendly and very welcoming. Oscar the owner is an amazing host and treats his staff like family. Foodwise, tapas are a combination of different styles between Spanish and Mexican mainly. Great cocktails but overall beautiful place to spend your evenings. 1000% recommended!
Fabulous, food gorgeous, tasty non alcoholic cocktails - heaven, service and staff first class. The gardens beautiful wonderful for small weddings .
I attended their first wedding on the 3rd of this month and Micheal and staff went all out for us all.
I would definitely recommend the Mimosa Bar de Tapas to all as they catered for everybody's needs.
Love love love this place from the friendly staff to the atmosphere but the tapas are exceptional I think we've tried them all at this stage and none of them disappoint the monkish tacos are incredible as are the chicken wings and the arancine balls just fantastic place keep up the good work ��
Was there last night as part of a hen party and it was amazing. Food, atmosphere and service was exceptional. Best food I've had in any place in Ireland. And the coctails were to die for. Thanks again for looking after us so well. I will definitely be visiting again��
Back to Mimosa yesterday evening after far too long. It was even more delightful than we remembered! It's grown and evolved and deservedly popular - it was already very busy by 6pm midweek! Now with a magical garden where happy people sat beneath the old apple trees.
The welcome, the ambience, the delicious food (wasabi squid tempura - the best ever), the Carlow made gin.... all made for a terrific experience. We have vowed to haunt the place!
Amazing food, prices and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this to someone unsure of a place to eat. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely restaurant, food portions are just great, not to big or small. Ambiance is very welcoming and cosy! Great selection on the menu to cater to all tastes! Staff are very accommodating and welcoming! Will definitely be revisiting !
